First Day of Second Semester

Good evening!
Today was the first day of second semester and all my new classes. Remember when I said that I was excited and that my new classes would be better than what I had? Well, maybe they'll end up being better, but right now, they're not great.
To start the day off, I had to go around to each of my first semester classes and get my exam marks. That was fine and went well, besides the fact that only one person knows my physics mark and he was sick today. I'll find that out later, I guess. I did pretty well on all of my exams, so I was happy about that. After visiting each of those classes, I haf to go to my new first period class, which was history. As I think I've mentioned before, I chose the easier history because I wanted to take physics in person instead of online. I went to history class, we discussed some of the things we'll be learning, and then went to period two.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with period two on my schedule. I didn't have a period two. I had to go to the office and pick a class because the one I had originally chosen had been switched to a different period. Now I'm in visual art for second period. I'm not even close to being an art person. And of course, it had to be with the same teacher that taught entrepreneurship. Of course. Throughout the course, I won't be allowed to take any art projects home to work on, simply because she doesn't want us to. If we need more than the given time to work on something (because you can rush art!), we have to sit in her classroom at lunch and work on it. Hopefully the class turns out better than it seems like it's going to.
Physics was a highlight of the day. The class will probably be difficult, but I'm just glad to be out of the online class! There are only six of us (including me) in the class, so I think it'll be alright. Apparently on Tuesdays we're going to be cooking. There's no physics connection, we're just gonna cook. Honestly, that class night be the only one I enjoy this semester, and that's really sad.
By the end of period three, I was really tired and ready to go home, but I had to just settle for having lunch. Also, my English teacher from last year stopped me in the hall and asked why I was taking the easier history. I didn't really mind that, since I've had a few teachers say that I'd probably be bored. I explained that I couldn't take the more difficult history because it was during the same period as physics and she told me that the easier history would be a "blemish" or a "bruise" on my transcript. Is it just me, or is that entirely uncalled for? It's my decision! Also, nothing that I'd ever want to do with my life would involve me having taken a harder history class. I didn't say anything about it, but it kind of hurt coming from one of my favourite teachers. I'll just have to be glad that my physics teacher is glad to have me.
After lunch, I had pre-cal math. I have the same math teacher as last semester, so it shouldn't be too bad. We had some problems to do today, but I finished them within a minute or so, and was able to check my answers at the back of the textbook.
My last class of the day is English. It's the same English I had last semester (it's a full year course, I didn't fail). It's not a bad class, but I requires a little more brain power than what I have at the end of the day. I'm sure I'll manage.
So that's what happened today! I'll be uploading again in a few minutes with the Wordle Wednesday. I would've combined them, but I figured this deserved its own post. Thanks for reading my rant. I hope you enjoyed
